This is our everyday hot sauce.

It was built around flavour first. The goal was simple x\— a sauce that adds heat while still letting your food shine.

Chillies bring the fire, while lime juice and vinegar keep things bright and sharp. Onion and garlic round everything out with a savoury backbone.

The result is a balanced hot sauce with real flavour and just enough heat to keep you coming back for more.

Smoky Bandit Hot Sauce

This is our rich and smoky ol’ mate.

Morita chillies bring the deep smoky flavour, while grape juice adds body and a gentle sweetness. A little lemon juice lifts the acidity, and raw sugar rounds out the richness.

The heat builds slowly with every bite.

Smoky, slightly sweet and seriously moreish.
