This is our rich and smoky ol’ mate.
Morita chillies bring the deep smoky flavour, while grape juice adds body and a gentle sweetness. A little lemon juice lifts the acidity, and raw sugar rounds out the richness.
The heat builds slowly with every bite.
Smoky, slightly sweet and seriously moreish.





Added to my fried rice and the smokiness gave it a nice wok hay flavour!
Try it with steak, you’ll love it!
