This is our rich and smoky ol’ mate. Lots of grape juice to give a full and semi-sweet flavour, paired with heaps of Morita Chillies for a large smoky hit, some lemon juice to help bring the acid and some raw sugar to help with that richness. It’s 3/5 for heat but keeps building and building. Marinate your meats or veggies, layer it on your burgers, use it as a dipping sauce and basically where you need to up your flavour game.
