Our Hot Adobo Sauce is full-on! Full of flavour and full of heat. Ancho chilli is the star here, helping with the colour but giving this sauce some stewed plum tang. Our (mostly) homegrown superhot chillies then gives this sauce it’s massive chilli heat. If you don’t like it hot, look away now.
